Sorry I didn't get any before pics, but this is the finish. I marinaded it with Yoshidas soy and granulated garlic, and lemon Pepper. Hashbrowns are from Sam's, Oreida's, boy they are good. Shrimp weren't smoked. I smoked it to 115' and then on the HOT Weber for 4 minutes on each side. Came out nice and rare, and I just microwaved gently, maybe 45 seconds 1/2 for Carol and she loved it. I'll eat my 1/2 later more on the rare side. Thanks for watching.
