Smoked Rib Eye- Hash Browns And Shrimp W/Qview

    Sorry I didn't get any before pics, but this is the finish. I marinaded it with Yoshidas soy and granulated garlic, and lemon Pepper. Hashbrowns are from Sam's, Oreida's, boy they are good. Shrimp weren't smoked.



    I smoked it to 115' and then on the HOT Weber for 4 minutes on each side. Came out nice and rare, and I just microwaved gently, maybe 45 seconds 1/2 for Carol and she loved it.

    I'll eat my 1/2 later more on the rare side.

    That's exactly how I cook my steaks (minus the microwave piece) & they are wonderful.

    How did you cook the shrimp? I'll usually use my charcoal grill & throw a handful of wood chunks on the there to give em a little smoke flavor. Use the same wood-fired grill to finish off my steaks.

    Again...A job well done!!!
