Smoked prime rib/chinese new year dinner with Q view

    USDA prime- prime rib from costco. 15lb slab, used approx 10 lbs to smoke.

    prepped

    pulled it at

    rested and rose to

    sliced

    time to eat.

    dang nice looking rib !

    I'm trying to read your thermo's , did ya pull it at 130 and it rested to137?  great color

    Yes your rib looks awesome. Nice color and I'm sure it tasted really good to. Now a word out to everyone that Winn Dixie has their bone in prime ribs on sale again.

    toweled and coolerd for about an hour and 15.
