Didn't know where to post cause I did beef & turkey. Anyway-Thawed out two pot pies beef & turkey, Cherry chips, 190 degrees for about 1 1/2hrs, slit/open center so smoke enters. Crust didn't get as firm as wanted, but nice flavor on both. Somethin different! I'm Bachin one more nite so I might try a pizza tomarrow nite.
