Discussion in 'Pork' started by smithlen, Nov 28, 2014.

  1. Got the ribs rinsed off, thinly coated with yellow mustard and rubbed them down with my rub.

Warmed up the smoker to 225F, Used apple wood chips, smoked for two hours.

Made Chocolate Chili BBQ sauce. Found recipe here:

    http://amazingribs.com/recipes/BBQ_sauces/chocolate_chile_bbq_sauce.html

    and doctored to my taste.

Applied BBQ sauce at hour Three and Four

Pulled from smoker close to five hour mark

Cut up and ready to eat!Server with Cheesy Taters and Coleslaw.

Thanks for sharing, the sauce intrigues me, do you prefer over a standard Kansas. City style sauce?
