I was planning on just baking some (3) 8 oz. pork loin chops last night; but then thought, why not smoke em', it's a beautiful night? I slapped some rub (brown suger, coarse salt, pepper and something else, can't remember) on em', heated the old smoker to 240 and off we went. Took 'em to 160* (about 65-70 minutes) and they come out nice and juicy and with great flavor. It was even better on my sammies for lunch today.

Looks like I'm starting to get the hang of this stuff.......thanks for all the advice.

Good job KC! Glad to hear it came together. Sounds to me like you are really starting to get the bug!!

Sounds great Matt. Next time, pictures!!!!
