Smoked Meatloaf

    Just wanted to share my smoked meatloaf. Turned out great!

    I can't believe that I don't have a shot of the whole thing done. Ugh!!!

  3. I experimented with a smoked meatloaf a couple weeks ago. It tasted so good. I didn't put any sauce or rub on it, all color is from the wood. Glad to see I am not alone.

    Real nice. Meatloaf was my first smoker attempt. It was great!

    That looks great what temp did you smoke it at and for how long??

    Stuff with some cubes of cheese next time, takes it to a whole new level.

    Great looking meatloaf!

    I'll only do them in the Mini-WSM now, I really love the flavor they take on.

    Smoked at 250f to a temp of 165f internal. I smoke my meatloaf to 165 internal because I use a 2:1 ratio of burger:sausage.
