New Carousel?
Is that what they call featured? What a pleasure to be picked... honestly I’ve been working with this recipe for about a year and constantly love the results I’m getting. You guys are seeing the recipe for the first time here and I love the results this time.If on the computer click the Home icon or the SmokingMeatForums.com logo in the upper left corner of the screen. Not sure where that stuff is located on a phone or tablet. You will see an image of some food posted on the forum and it will change every few seconds for about 6 images or so. That is the Carousel.
If you smoke something well, take a good picture of it, and post then it may get selected for the carousel. It's kind of like recognition or an honor to be selected :)
Jeff was tinkering with it at the time and yours was one of the 1 st to go up.. then it started rotating and worked fine. Pretty cool..Is that what they call featured? I'm sure it is good. It is very similar to the recipe I use. The little differences are that mine is done with bell pepper not poblano and I use oat meal vs bread crackers, I add a little ground cumin, beef bullion for salt and beef flavor, and tomato sauce mixed in. So you see mine is just a little bit differnt but they are very close :)Is that what they call featured? My old faithful bbq Rub has cumin in it.. that’s the one issue with this recipe... I won’t share my Rub recipeI'm sure it is good. It is very similar to the recipe I use.
