    Hello, I am Brad from Arlington, Tx. Just got a hold of an old Bar-B-Chef smoker that used to be my dad's and I did a little refurb on it... as soon as I break the paint job in I am gonna attempt some ribs and brisket... will be lurking around here in the mean time for some ideas and pointers. 

    Looks like I have plenty of reading to do now!
