had some chicken and figured we'd go ahead and smoke it instead of just grillin it. wife brined it overnite, sprinkled with jeffs rub and into smoker with apple chips. while it was smoking, grilled up some baby bok choy (got sidetracked n burnt it a bit, still good) with a oil/vinegar/salt/pepper. once the bird was up to 165, they went onto the grill. once on the grill, i spooned some korean bbq sauce onto it. now on to the pics. we all know what raw bird looks like, we know what it looks like with rub on it so lets go straight to the money shots.
