We started with 3.5lb. party wings (could use whole wings) 1-1/2 cup Sweet Baby Rays "sweet and spicy" BBQ sauce 1/2 cup Jack Daniels 2 tbls. brown sugar Bring that to a simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in: 1/2 cup Plus 4 tbls Dijon Mustard Allow the mixture to cool completely and pour over wings to marinate for 3 hours (could be longer, but this provided good flavor). Put into 160 deg smoker with apple smoke for 1 hour, bumped up to 200 deg for additional hour. Removed and grilled on high heat to crisp up the skin a bit and cook through. Served with additional BBQ Sauce or Frank's Red Hot....and beer! Just out of the marinade After 2 hours of smoke Fresh off the grill! My wife like these with BBQ sauce but I think the heat from the Franks Red Hot better compliments the smoke and JD flavors.
