Had the smoker fired up today, I was off work for MLK day, and had two chickens that I split in half yesterday and marinating in Lemon Pepper and Chipolte Seasoning.

Just pulled them off the smoker, going to let them rest for a bit then de-bone and put in the freezer for quick meals later this week.

Let me know what you think!

I appreciate all the comments from you all... Only my 3rd time using the new smoker, and had some good stuff come out of it today... I did a fatty, the chicken and a smoked meatloaf.  The wife is very happy as all she has to do is pull something out of the freezer and warm it up the rest of this week.
