So I got my new A-Maze-N-Smoker today and I really wanted to try it out. I got home about 530 and the kids and wife were wanting dinner soon. I took the A-Maze-N-Smoker and put it in the grill under the grates. Let it get smoking. Put 4 of the burgers on the left side on low heat. Put my burger on the right side of the grill with no heat under it. Just let it soak up the hickory smoke. Tried to get some pics of the TBS While this was going I sauteed down some onions in EVOO and a pad of butter. Did it over low heat to let the sugars come out of the onions. After the wife and kids burgers were done I put a bun on to toast for mine and moved it to the hot side of the grill. Put Tillamook Cheddar on first then a pile of onions then topped with Provolone. Put Mayo on the bottom bun and topped everything off with a little Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce. There was a nice hint of hickory on the burger. Im sure if I would of given it the time it should of had that it would of been great. Good do some cheese with it next. I got the A-Maze-N-Smoker from TJohnson.
