Decided to fire up the new smoker...been awhile since I smoked anything with the move, new job, etc. Limited on time today, so went with something easy. Came out pretty good. Slowly getting the new smoker dialed in...

    Ready to go

    Thin blue rolling

    Almost done

    Done...smelling good

  5. If by some miracle you have any leftovers, I highly suggest a slice of that with a fried egg on a biscuit for breakfast in the AM.
  6. Looks delicious!![IMG] DO you mind telling what seasonings you used? And is that a glaze?

  9. Man o' man, those babies look mighty tasty! If it ever quits raining in my neck of the woods I have some tenderloins that are begging for a nice hot bath in the TBS.
