Good thing I read this after I put mine in with the temp probe set for 165*.  Pulled at 147 and let it rest for 20 min and the husband said it was perfect.  I used a rib eye roast that was nicely marbled with a very nice light dry rub.  Plulling out the slicer now and will try to q-view it.
