Smoked Duck

    Have 4 Fresh ducks and need a recipe for smoking them. Brining ideas,seasoning suggestions

    Can't help ya there but I don't think it would be overly difficult. I would probably keep the same flavor profile as I would do my chickens.

    Do you brine them. I have smoked turkeys could I use the same brine recipe or should I use something with a little more kick. I was thinking of doing some cajun style and the others with my generic brine. Thanks
