Started with cheap stew meat, sliced it smaller, added onions, bell peppers. Smoked two hours at 225 with Apple

Pulled and added these ingredients to my typical chili for a change.

The peppers were deveined. added Cream Cheese deviled ham, thinly sliced onions. Wrapped in bacon. Smoked for 2 hours at 225 and finished in oven.

Should be tasty! Adding smoked meat, onions, peppers adds another depth of flavor to chili, stews and soup.

Came out a little intense but tasty. Over smoked a little as the meat was tough and had to simmer the chili longer.

    Peppers were great.
