Started with cheap stew meat, sliced it smaller, added onions, bell peppers. Smoked two hours at 225 with Apple
Pulled and added these ingredients to my typical chili for a change.
The peppers were deveined. added Cream Cheese deviled ham, thinly sliced onions. Wrapped in bacon. Smoked for 2 hours at 225 and finished in oven.
