Smoked Chicken Q View

  1. Here's my latest smoked chicken had to bring in and put it in oven because of bad weather but it smoked for over 6 hours @ 225 after putting it in oven the skin exploded open.

    It was rubbed w/Suzannes Gourmet Southwest rub[​IMG][​IMG]

  4. that's a pretty tasty rub but it's it when we were in Arizona in February
