The wife (Jo) wanted chicken in mushroom sauce. I wanted something smoked (go figure lol). I decided to comprimise. I smoked until it had a nice brown crust on all the pieces then covered and took to 170 internal temp. Uncovered and took to 185 to give the exposed skin some crunch. I would recommend trying this to anyone. Mushroom Sauce 2 cans mushroom soup 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 4 cloves garlic chopped 1 onion chopped salt and pepper to taste Served with rice and a mix of veg cooked in Italian dressing with lemon zest. The chicken turned out great. Give it a try was a hit here.
