Smoked Chicken Fajitas

    Waited a while, cause this was going to be my entry to yardbird throw down .. but, forgot to put yardbird in the plated picture ,, but, here we go  .. smoked 2 spatchcocked chickens at 165 internal on Kingsford and Hickory, then made some fajitas ... 

    here are some pics ..


    Then sauteed up some onions and peppers,sliced up breasts, and made some fajitas .. with black beans and purple onions and yellow rice ...


    This was going to be my Yardbird pic ...

    Ah, was just fajitas ,, besides that deal with the ax and the story behind it all rock !!!!

    BUT,these fajitas were good... the Bacardi made me forget the tag .. Thanks Richie

    Thanx Chili, Well, when we made it all,It was just for 1 plated dish ... and actually made some burgers and abt's that morning as well..Any time I fire up the smoker,I always seem to load it up ...lol .. don't really have the full presentation of it all.. but any dish where I can add hot sauce, or,eat some peppers ... I like it alot ..thanks Chili for the point as well ...

    Fantastic looking yardbird Griz! That looks like a winner meal to me even if it wasn't for the throwdown. Point worthy!
