After today's hopefully successful bottom round roast, this is my next smoke project..  Holy smoke, that ring makes me want to lick my monitor!
  16. Reverse sear is where you smoke something (burger, steak, etc) then finish it off on an open flame to create sear/grill marks

I will have to try it for sure!

  19. Great looking burgers! The last time I smoked some burgers it was for chili. I wanted to use up some of the massive amount of ground venison I had. I made out big patties with the venison burger. Smoked the patties, then crumbled them into the chili. AMAZING. It took the chili from "solid" to amazing.
  20. Those burgers look great.  How big are the burgers?  I've smoked them before, but they seem to get done within about 45 minutes.  How did you smoke them that long?  Mine were around a half pound.  I was cooking at a similar temperature as you.
