I have been thinking through this idea in my head for a couple weeks as I watch the mater plants grow. I have not smoked a mater and wondering if anyone has? Once I get a good yield I plan on smoking garlic, small onions, to add and stir it all together with fresh basil, balsamic, and olive oil for a tasty treat. If you have a tip let me know, I would appreciate the help. Keep the smoke out of your eyes!
