Smoked Bruschetta

    I have been thinking through this idea in my head for a couple weeks as I watch the mater plants grow. I have not smoked a mater and wondering if anyone has? 

    Once I get a good yield I plan on smoking garlic, small onions, to add and stir it all together with fresh basil, balsamic, and olive oil for a tasty treat.  If you have a tip let me know, I would appreciate the help.

    Keep the smoke out of your eyes!

    Sorry, i didn't write that properly. I will use smoked garlic and onions, and use olive oil in the making of the dish not infuse oil. 

    Thanks for the heads up, i am super cautious when it comes to food safety.
