Smoked Bologna

    Not sure where to put this but I figure that it has some pork product in it somewhere.

    This is my second on that I have done. I somthered it in yellow mustard and sprinkled maple pepper seasoning on it.

    Smoking with some cherry wood in the GOSM.

    Will be back with more photos as it continues.

    I never thought of smoking bologna. It looks good. I may have to give it a try.

    Hey how long and what temps do you guys & gals Smoke your bologna for?? I smoked & BBQed some a couple of weekends ago. Awesome is all I can say! Mrs SOB wants me to do some more. 4Hours @ 225* Is what I did...BBQ mopped for the last hour. Attachment 22048

    I have never tried smoking balogna but it looks so good i gotta try it.
