Hi Great Wino Cookies!

(And to anyone who hasn't joined our group, then please come do so, as we have a righteous time)!

Today I made stuffed and smoked mushroom caps, with chopped bison meat, peaches, fresh tarragon and fresh shallots, and then Dijon mustard and herbs de Provence all mixed inside!

The full post is in the wild game section of our forums.

Meanwhile, I raise a big goblet of cheer, (and fantastic Penfold's Cab-Shiraz and with that incredible dark inky and illustrious color that the good Aussie wines do showcase well), and hope the wrap up of the weekend is indeed serving everyone and mighty well!

Here is to this new week - the best one so far!!!!!!!!

Do share your sips and smokes here too! Many thanks!

Cheers! - Leah

I just found today a farmer close-by with some Buffalo , I'll have to talk to him and wish...

Thanks for the look and . . .

Well thank you so much Oldschoollbbq!

Mushrooms are fun to add things into indeed! Whether duck bacon, as seen below, or snails (which I do often) or this bison/peach smoked medley, such makes for fun finger food!!!

Meanwhile, how fun about your local availability!!! Happy Tuesday!!! Cheers! - Leah
