MAN THESE LITTLE THINGS ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!! Started up last night around 6pm got the coals started, then went to the kitchen for the food prep. Trimmed off the fat from the boneless ckicken breasts, then cut them into thirds, so now there just over bite size tenders. then covered them in Jeffs rib rub (by the way this stuff works on everything!) then cut the bacon in 1/2 to wrap the chicken WHAT...!!! NO TOOTHPICKS!!!????? so i had to improvise, I just put 3 tenders to a wooden skewer, so now there shish kabob of sorts back outside for the smoker prep, transfered coals and heated the smoker. just a little waiting and the chicken was on the grill! about an hour out I started to spray the chicken with a mix of about 4/1 (wood chuck draft apple cider/captain morgan spiced rub [which i got on sale $20 for 1/2 gal!!!!]) 3/4 hours later they were off the grill and in my mouth! These little bad boys are for my office party today actually, super bowl snacks and such. NOW FOR THE AWAITED Q-VIEW!!!! CHICKEN WITH RUB CHICKEN ON SKEWERS SMOKER SCREAMIN FOR FOOD!!! ABOUT 2 HOURS FROM ON THE GRILL TIME AND RIGHT BEFORE THE TASTE TEST!
