Hey! I am in need of the way or recipe for doing a smoked turkey breast. There is a BBQ place here and they have the most awesome pulled smoked turkey but I cannot seem to find any recipes online at all other than just a Thanksgiving style recipe.

Anyone have any recipes or ideas?

I don't think Breast would work too well for pulling. Too lean. I would use the rest of the turkey for that. Breast is best cooked to a minimum temp for poultry of 165 degrees internal so as not to dry it out. I like to filet mine and stuff with whatever sounds good that day and then wrap with bacon. Smoke at 225. You can brine it first for a few hours to make it more moist as well..

I agree with timber jet. Dark meat makes the best pulled chicken. However there are a couple posts here somewhere about using the whole bird or even just white meat. Search for it.

The search bar at the top of the page is your friend. Just type in Pulled Chicken and you will get hours and hours of reading. Most Chicken recipes can be used for turkey as well.
