Smoked a little brisket today

    I smoked a brisket today and here is a plate full sliced and ready to eat.

    Why do you gotta tease us like that goat? Puttin fine lookin groceries up and makin us drool and drip on the keyboard.

    Nice job and thanks for sharing. Meats that begin with B should be in their own food group.

    Sorry, I cannot help you as I do not use a thermometer. I cooked it at 225 to 300 for about 8 hours.
