I have been using my Smoke Vault 24" for a year or so but have never posted about. I converted it to natural gas using the manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy

I do clean the grates and bottom with the foil often as we can have roaches pop up quick and often in Southern California. I am surprised the door hasn't gotten darker though like most smokers. Another excuse to load more chunks.

Holy cow that smoker is spotless!
Although I've had my SV24 for several years, it really has a lot of buildup in it.
I wire brush the loose stuff off occasionally, but it's been a great smoker.

I have had my smoke vault since march and it looks like it's a couple of years old already.

Use it almost every weekend and it performs much better than my old royal oak electric smoker I had. Very happy with it.

Maybe I am just a tad too OCD on cleaning my smokers. My stainless steel electric Smokin' it smoker looks fairly clean too and its five years old.
