Smoke number 2 with porn!!!!

    I know I said I was gonna do CSR, but the local market had pork lions on sale. I also ran across Dutch's post for loins with the maghony sauce and I just had to try it. Dutch if you read this I just gotta say "YOU ARE THE MAN"
    I smoked 3 loins and there were the best I have ever had by far . I followed Dutch's recipe to the letter and man was it good. For those who have not tried it I strongly suggest you do.I gave 1 lion to my mom and dad another to my mother in law and they all went nuts for it. My only regret was that I only did 3. Smoked those bad boys for almost 4 hours!! Dutch thanks again for posting that recipe!!

    Thanks! GOSM and used cherry wood. I know what I'll be smokin next time loins are oon sell!

    Good looking loins. Loins are one of my favorites with various flavors of smoke. Glad your plan came together so well.

    As always, thank's debi, always figured a loin would dry out with no fat in it but those sure looked good, be tryin that soon.
