Hey, ha yall are?

Hello, my name is Jay Houck. The wife and I live in Minooka Illinois, about 45 miles SSW of Chicago, in good ole US of A.

I'm 60 years old and retiring at the end of June. I very much enjoy gardening and woodworking and am looking forward to many new and wonderful things such as the art of smoking.

I have a brand new Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited. I see from your forum, I need to make some modifications and will do so ASAP.

Any tips on seasoning this baby for its maiden voyage ?
