About 12 friends and coworkers came to our first Smoke-N-Butts party the first day of spring this Saturday. The cook was for a friend’s daughter who was visiting from Texas. The menu consisted of pork butt, brisket, my version of Wicked Beans and covered dishes brought by the guest were, green beans, tater salad, hash brown casserole, avocado relish, lemon bars, lemon pie, fresh onion rolls, and beer. We ate like kings, and had a great time! Pics are below.
