Hello! I got a Brinkmann 'Gourmet' (HA!) charcoal smoker for my birthday last Fall and started smoking right away. Love it! I've done(ruined) some beef spare ribs, pork roast and a ton of chicken. I've gotten a lot of advice from this site and thought it would be nice to join officially and become part of the community. Thanks to everyone for the good advice i've already gotten and will recieve in the future! I hope i can start giving back soon.
