Ok what gives any thoughts? Started to warm up smoker and hits 250 by door temp. Have ordered dual probe. Put meat on and can't get to 200. Just 7 hamburgers and sausage. And no they aren't even frozen. Any ideas. Sounds like it ma be pb&j tonight at this rate. HELP!!!!
 
Never mind. Put digital probe in smoker and relit. Not long to 230, door thermometer at 160. Should have known.
