I just bought a Smoke Daddy for my Traeger pellet grill. I've tried the amazen tube smoker and had a little success, but not the flavor I was looking for. I am wondering if anyone has done ribs with the Smoke Daddy and a pellet grill. How long did you smoke them for? Is it still the 2-3 hour range or a little less? I want a good earthy type smoke taste (I'm using wood chips oak or hickory in the Smoke Daddy) and same flavor pellets in the Traeger. Just wondering if smoking for 3 hours would be too much. Any help would or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
