Hung out out at my Brother's house on Sat 10/30... We went to the Amish Mart and picked up a rack of BBs, 3 Pizza Sausages, 3 Zesty Garlic Sausages, and a jar of there Sweet Garlic BBQ Sauce... Than we made the all important stop at the liquor store... He also had a chicken at home for a beer can chicken... Rubbed the Ribs in a store bought Pork Rub, the Neck & the livers of the Chicken (snacks for the chefs) we rubbed in a Store bought Poultry rub, & the chicken we rubbed in an Old Bay Coarse Style Rub (he picked it up visiting his in-laws in Iowa over the summer)... We did the Chicken & the livers on the Charcoal Grill & the Ribs, Neck, & Sausage on the smoker... 2hrs in ribs ready for Foil Neck ready to eat and sausages on to the smoker... 2hrs later Ribs out of the foil sausage looking good... Last 20 or 30 min we hit the ribs w/ the Amish BBQ sauce (man oh man that was good stuff!!!!! the best sauce i bought from them yet!) Sorry Camera ran out of Battery Power, so no pics off the smoker or finished pics of the chicken, but rest assured everything turned out GREAT! thanks for looking!
