Smoke and meat, YUMMY!

    Andy here. Working with an old Weber kettle and a new Smokey Mountain 22.5. Everything I've smoked tastes the same no matter what wood I use and it doesn't taste good so I have a lot to learn.

    Welcome to the forums, Andy!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!  Spend a little time here and you'll be turning out some que you'll be proud of!
