This smoke went pretty good the only downer was the ribs.  Today me and the boy smoked in the MES 30" using Jack Daniels chips. We started with Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/50945/dutchs-wicked-baked-beans, couple of potatoes, baby back rib following the 2-2-1 method at 245. Two hours into the cook we added drumettes and a couple of hot dogs.

The drumettes turned out awesome, 5 minutes broil finihsed them off after three hours in the smoker. I was a little disappointed in the ribs, they had great flavor but were a little to dry for what I was going for.

Not sure why your ribs would be dry j. Did you add any liquid when you foiled? One other thing. Your photos are coming out very small and hard to see. When you size them set the resolution to 72 and 1000 pixels on the longest side. When you post choose the medium or large option.

I added applejuice to the foil, when I took them out of the foil they were nice and juicy. As far as the photos when I transferred them via Kies Air they moved as small png file and I deleted them from the phone so that is what I as stuck with.
