Those look great. This is my favorite way to do wings. 
 
I can tell you from personal experience that these are mighty tasty. Last time he did them without the sauce and they were still mighty good

How long do you smoke them and at what temp??

I am slowly winding my way down the smoke road. Doing my first turkey right now, but would love to try my hand at some killer wings with the bowl games and playoffs right around the corner.
 
i wasn't looking to cook them so i didn't take any temps...............they were smoked for about 1.5 hrs and then i deep fried them.

Now the wings and a slice. You sure have a great combo. After doing another smo-fried turkey this year.  I'm really glad that I found out about smo-fried here too.
