    That is an amazing q-vue...I love the pomo glaze....WOW!!
    and your grass....is far to green for "our" drought ridden so cal!
    (it is lovely grass!!)

    Rich, after the smoke the heat held up quite a bit better than most, including my own rub. Hard to beat Smitty's, thanks once again.

    I have noticed that too. I dunno how/what/why...cause every pepper/mix I have ever used mellows ALOT after cooking. I'm gonna have to sneak in and get the secrets! Hmm no wait Smitty <Charles> was a Ranger. Maybe I best not do that...

    Just read the str8 rib/serrano thread. Bravo! LOVE smoked Chilies, the pomagranate molassas sounds good ,the wife likes anything w/pom.
