SLR and smoked/grilled veggies.

    Wife wanted ribs and smoked veggies for dinner.
    Checked the fridge, and had zucchini, red onions, green pepper and shrooms.
    Sliced 'em up and marinated in basil balsamic vinaigrette for a couple hrs before
    putting 'em in a grilling basket and lightly dusted with garlic powder and pepper.

    Ribs got a maple based rub, with a touch of heat.

    Fired up the gas grill to get a little charing on the veggies the way the wife likes 'em.

    Ribs smoked using the 3-2-1 method. Wife said they were the best yet. Nice smoke flavor with a little tug.

    Even have enough for lunch tomorrow...:drool

    veggies, leaves more ribs for you.
