Got some sliders seasoned with Tatonka dust mini croissants for buns toppings mushroom,bacon,cheese and condiments. Kebabs chix or andouille sausage with peppers and onions not enough shrooms for the kebabs. Also made some baked beans for a side

Should be long the Ribolator gets the meat nice and close to the coals it cooks fast,don't think you can get here in time unless your close.:biggrin Here's a shot loaded up!
 
That looks awesome!  Is that on a Weber?  I just got a Kettlepizza cooker for my kettle, that Ribolater looks like a must have.

Yes it fits a 22.5 WSM or kettle,my WSM is only 18.5. its a great add on. It can be tricky to keep balanced so if you get one make sure to put clean foil underneath it in case of an accident I had two kebabs fall when I was trying to adjust some others first tine in three cooks any problem so it's not that bad.
Plate two one bacon mushroom A1 slider and some beans,think I'll only need dessert later!
