Sliced Angus Beef Brisket Grilled on Texas Toast
I smoked this one whole, with a rub of 9 spices and brown sugar,  in hickory wood chips using a Southern Pride SC-200 for 11 Hours then wrapped it in plastic wrap and hot held it for another 14 hours.  I cool it completely in the freezer then slice it thin and grill it with just a little carolina sweeet sauce.  Put it on Texas Toast a glass of sweeet tea and man, you know what I am talking about.

...Here is a quick video of the beef on the grill as it is getting glazed with a little of our Carolina Sweeet Sauce.  We use a lot of vinegar so our sauce is kinda thin, sweet and tangy.  This is just one of the dozen or so sauces we make.
