Simple Sausage

Lots of sausage and bacon posts lately, so I thought I would share one of our favorites - plain o'l ground pork seasoned with Season All and Creole on both sides.

Now thats a breakast that I could dig into. Nice hardy biscuits and gravey with a side of some sausage. Looks good to me.

You are right. Sausage is nothing more than ground meat with some seasoning in it.

You can keep it as simple as you want, or customize it to your heart's content.

Looks great, bet it tasted great too.
