Just wanted to share some simple and cheap mods! I sealed the door with lavalock, put a couple clamp style latches on it and a cast iron pan to replace the chip tray. In the process now of replacing the old therm which is simple as well. Just wanted to share with anyone looking for simple solutions to make there smoker a little better. Thanks
