Good looking fish!
Just curious as to what temps you cooked em at and about how long they cooked for?

Hey thanks for seeing my post, as far as temps I used my lower grate for an indirect heat method with lump charcoal in a pan on one side with the fish on the upper grate on the opposite side , I would guess around 275 to 300 degrees. And as far as time I really don't know, I go by touch if you poke your finger in the flesh and it leaves a dent it's not done, when it quits leaving a dent and is firm, it's done.
