Shrimp stuffed Cajun chicken

Wanted to try this our pastor has these mailed to his home.

Butter, green onions, marjoram, garlic, salt, pepper, and shrimp

Rubbed bird inside & out oil-Cajun spices

Mixed shrimp & Spanish rice & stuffed

mounted on the spit foolish shrimp tried to escape 

Basted with butter & garlic

Foil to avoid flare ups

It tasted really good. Wife especially like the rice & shrimp
