Did a boneless shoulder today.  Only pic I got was after wife and son had already tore into it.

Will post whenever I send it off my phone.

Mesquite smoked, Went a couple of pounds.Put it on a little before eleven a.m.  They started chewing on it after it had rested about an hour and 15 minutes.  Right at 5 o'clock.  Smoker cruised right around 250  most of the time.

First beef roast I have done.  texture was a little different from the pork Ihave been doing.  But they have been eating on it in bits and pieces pretty constantly since done, so must have been ok.

Glad to hear it turned out to your likings!

But you knew you were going to be getting this
