Short ribs

    I did some short ribs on my new GMG . (it is a great buy )
    few short ribs with my  BBQ sauce . 2 hours on 220 . I applied the sauce , 1 hour at 450 .
    made a salad of mixed greens , pine nuts, parmesan cheese .
    it was a great supper.








    Ahhh what an evening .

    What a view you have from your deck.  Oh and the ribs looked great too.

    Hi Bear thanks.

    the slopes on the left are table mountain , in the front is lion heads.

  7. Can't figure which looks better, the ribs or the view!

    I haven't tried that technique before but I will in the next couple of weeks.
