Getting ready to slaughter another beef Thursday so I've been trying to clean out the freezer before it arrives. I don't have much left except some chuck roasts and 3 packages of beef short ribs. Usually crock pot them but had nothing but time today and figured what the heck. Just used a little seasoning and set them on the pellet grill pecan/oak mix (what was in the hopper) took them off at 6 hours. Pretty dang tender. Wife was impressed.
