Hi guys,

I was hoping someone could help me here. I have finally FINALLY (after realizing my MES thermometer is WAY off and buying the third party dual probe for temp) "mastered" pulled BBQ pork. Anyways, my folks up north LOVE good BBQ and I sorta wanna show my dad how good mine is now.

Is it possible to safely and easily ship meat like this without it costing a fortune, the meat going back, or the meat losing it's quality in the process?

Freeze the pork and ship overnight in dry ice or a styerfoam cooler with ice packs and you should be good. If you have a food saver pack it in quart bags to freeze and they can just drop the sealed bags in a pot of boiling water to reheat. Always taste great leftover that way

I agree other than Dry Ice if you ship with it, in the package you are suppose to mark the container.

Styro and ice pack Frozen pork will hold at least 2 to 3 days.
