Shelf stable snack sticks?

How long shelf stable do you want???? Homemade is way better with a pretty good shelf life

Mine don"t last that long LOL

last time I had one is was greasy ------ not my snack sticks

You are seeing fewer and fewer of these types of meats in stores. The USDA is really cracking down on these unregulated home processing operations and yes you can make snack sticks like them at home. What type are you referring to.....

I guess my question could have uses=d a bit more info. What i was really meaning is the kind you can keep in a air tight container not in the fridge.
